We've seen a lot of this in macOS 11 and 12 recently though. Hi! There's a few possible reasons for this to happen. Have been sending email follow ups up to Friday).Īlso, they had me do multiple driver re-installs, and install older versions, but the same problem kept coming back.Īm hoping they get back to me fast with a solution. They said they'd get back to me (this was on Wednesday, but I never heard back. They think there's some kind of 'hiccup' in the driver software that's making it stop and restart, but they still can't figure out what's causing it, and why the pen stops working after the restart. I've been in contact with Wacom support and have already sent them multiple driver logs. Restarting the driver does not work, it only works again after I restart my whole system. This happens with Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint. My computer recognizes the pen, but I can't click. I can use the pen fine for about an hour before it stops working. I have a Wacom intuos pro medium (2018) and am on the current OS (Ventura). You can check my profile to see the information. Hi, I know you said that you're on Mac OS 11, I'm actually on the current system (Ventura 13.1), and have the same problem, and started a thread on that.
